Brad Serlen joined the Firm in 1998. His expertise extends across all areas of general civil litigation and matrimonial and family law.
Mr. Serlen also has extensive experience working on an array of corporate and commercial matters, and provides counsel to corporate and individual clients in areas as diverse as the negotiation and preparation of contracts, real estate transactions (commercial and residential), financing and commercial paper transactions and participation in bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Serlen has practiced family, domestic relations and matrimonial law since his admission to the Bar, working on all stages of equitable distribution matters, support and custody matters, and both pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Mr. Serlen is also extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the investigation and analysis of complex financial issues which arise in both matrimonial and commercial litigation matters.
After graduating from Lehigh University, Mr. Serlen attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Serlen clerked for the Honorable Phyllis Gangel Jacob, Justice of the Supreme Court, New York County.
